This class will teach you to lengthen the spine and decompress the lower back in backbending postures. Learn to create space around the heart by releasing toxic attachments and breathing into all sides of the body. Experience the sweet release possible in deep backbends. My intention when I teach is to share what I've learned about the magic of movement, and the bliss of being. I hope you'll join me on the mat!
